Today is my birthday and I am now officially 40 yrs old, don't laugh Rob you are not far behind me.
So I thought that I would leave a word of wisdom for everyone on my blog, but for some reason I can't remember what it was. I guess it is true there is something that begins to disappear at 40 but just can't remeber what that thing is. Any way Happy Bday to me

Yes, Stan, I may be "just behind you", but let's stop and take stock of the situation as it is. You are now "in your 40's" while I am still "in my 30's". That actually puts you in a completely different decade than me!
